Fitba First is a children’s project which St Mirren FC Charitable Foundation run in partnership with The Scottish Football Partnership and The UEFA Foundation for Children.
Each day is a 3-hour session consisting of football activities and Sports First-Aid training which promotes nutrition through a healthy breakfast and lunch.
This year, Fitba First ran from the 4th–8th of April between 10am – 1pm in the AirDome and 1877. It also ran during the October week between 10am and 1pm at Ferguslie Sports Centre.
It is free to attend and teaches youngsters the importance of living a healthy lifestyle while learning crucial first aid skills and enjoying fun football sessions.
