Our new cohort of Football Fans in Training is now underway and this is has been our busiest cohort to date. We were inundated with support and referrals, we can’t wait to get to know our new groups. This cohort will again take the format of 50% nutrition and 50% fitness, aiming to not only help our participants improve their fitness but, also to help them change their mentality surrounding food. With so many crazy diets circling online, it is important to rewrite the narrative around “good” food and teach our participants the way to correctly fuel their bodies.
We will provide updates throughout the course of this cohort, to let everyone know how well our groups are getting on, so, keep watching for updates!
