We are proud to be hosting our new pilot programme: Menopause Goals – Celebrating The Second half!

We have teamed up with menopause expert Maria Anderson, the Scottish Football Association and a fantastic research team from the University of Glasgow who will be helping us gather invaluable data around the subject of menopause.

This free pilot programme is looking for 25 pioneering women residing in the Renfrewshire area who are experiencing symptoms of menopause, who are ready to discuss how it affects their everyday life and explore the steps that can be taken to reduce such symptoms. Menopause Goals has a specific participant qualifying criteria, you must be (1) over the age of 40 and (2) experiencing some of the known symptoms of menopause. We are looking for women who are ready to take action, participate in varied physical exercises, and be committed to the 12 week programme.

  • To explore tools to help you navigate your menopause journey with confidence.
  • To receive education which aids the understanding of your body, your menopause symptoms and how to take steps to improve your health & wellbeing.
