We are delighted that our next cohort of Football Fans in Training is kicking off very soon!

Football Fans in Training is a free fitness programme delivered by St Mirren FC Charitable Foundation in partnership with the SPFL Trust which aims to improve physical and mental wellbeing, in the welcoming environment of the stadium. Sessions consist of nutritional education in addition to physical fitness challenges.

The confirmed dates for the next men’s cohort and women’s cohort are below:

  • Men’s group: Tuesday 20th September 6:30pm-8:00pm
  • Women’s group: Wednesday 21st September 6:30pm-8:00pm

The benefits of getting involved in Football Fans in Training are endless! As well as receiving support and motivation from our team of experienced coaches, participants of Football Fans in Training gain a sense of belonging as they are immersed into a community of like-minded individuals.

Previous Football Fans in Training participant Suzie described her experience by highlighting:

“I just feel better in myself, I feel I have challenged myself. Feeling like you belong to part of a team, that was really important to me”

As well as losing weight and reaching fitness goals in with St Mirren FC Charitable Foundation in Football Fans in Training, there is a strong emphasis on community and participants make lifelong connections and friends in the process.
